Our factory was initially established at the year 1996. Our production line is made of the following four portions: plastic products, metal products and hardware. We have produced these products for several commerce companies for 10 years before we found Zhangjiagang Donying Plastic Co., Ltd.2006, and 85% of these products were exported to North America and Europe.

For plastic products, we now mainly manufacture plastic mould products, human skeleton educational models and acrylic displays. We can produce the following kinds of plastic mould products, such as injection, extrusion and suction. We design and manufacture these moulds by ourselves, especially those moulds for making parts which are used on human skeleton educational models. There are several specification human skeleton educational models for male and female, also torso models and anatomical models. Since the year 2003, we started to manufacture acrylic displays. Now we can manufacture acrylic craft and woodwork for various industries, including foodstuff, beverage, emporium, supermarket, hotel, office, clothes, communication, electron, electrical appliance, cosmetic and so on.

For metal products, we specialize in manufacturing display fixtures/shelves/racks, wire and metal sheet/pipe fabrications. With the possession of various kinds of equipment for cutting, shearing, stamping, bending, folding, drilling, welding, and powder coating, acid washing, phosphating and powder coating, we have a production capacity of 3 40' FCL per month. Also we can manufacture stamping parts, welding parts and sheet metal.
Also we have two joint venture partnerships. One is a factory which mainly manufactures fasteners & fittings, and the other is a factory which specializes in die-casting, mainly zinc die-casting, aluminum die-casting, copper die-casting.

We usually produce according to clients' designs and original samples. Based on our strong experienced R&D team, we also can make designs for you. We manufacture our products according to ISO9001 standards. We use a CAD/3D design system, and our experienced engineering and QC team members will follow up and supervise each of your OEM orders.
